Step-by-Step Guide to Using the PaverTrax System:
***This product is designed around 3" x 6" x 10" paver bricks as well as the 3" x 5.88" x 10" bricks available at all Home Depots***
Step 1:
Determine the Diameter size:
The PaverTrax system offers five diameter sizes, ranging from 12 to 16 paver bricks on the base level.
External Diameters:
12 Pavers 3’ 5”
13 Pavers 3’ 8”
14 Pavers 3’ 11”
15 Pavers 4’ 2”
16 Pavers 4’ 5”
Choose the required diameter that best suits the size of your tree trunk and the space surrounding it.
Step 2:
Preparation of the ground:
The PaverTrax system has been designed in order for it to be used with little or no preparation however if you wish to dig out on the inside of the track or around the tree and add mulch or soil this we will leave up to you.
Step 3:
Assemble the Track System:
Once you've determined the diameter size, use the track system to assemble the ring. Line up the number of paver bricks you plan to use with the corresponding hole on the adjacent track and secure it with a locking pin that you snap away from the track. Repeat the process for each of the tracks.
Step 4:
Center the Track System around the Tree:
Once the track system is complete, center it around the tree. Use a tape measure to confirm equal distances between the tree and the track.
Step 5:
Add the First Layer of Pavers:
Place your pavers on the track system as in the picture on the left. Feel free to add another layer of pavers to your wall.
Step 6:
Desired Finish
Again depending on what finish you require you can place soil or mulch inside of your tree ring however we would recommend mulch of which will deter weeds and grass growing on the inside of your tree ring
